Estas Condiciones Generales de Uso son suscritas, por una parte, porSimpol, the company responsible for the Website and, on the other hand, for the User, understood as any natural or legal person who, freely and voluntarily, accesses the Website, regardless of whether or not you use any service or functionality offered there.

General issues
Safeguarding and interpretation
These General Conditions of Use constitute an agreement between the User and Simpol.
The declaration by the competent Authority of any provision of these General Conditions of Use as illegal, invalid or unenforceable will mean that it must be interpreted in the manner closest to the original intention of such provision. However, such declaration regarding one or some clauses will not prejudice the validity of the remaining ones.
The non-demand by Simpol of strict compliance with any of the terms of these Conditions does not constitute and cannot be interpreted in any case as a waiver on its part to demand it in the future.
Language
The language applicable to these General Conditions of Use is Spanish. If an English version is offered it is purely courtesy, for the convenience of the User. Therefore, the User expressly accepts that they are governed by their Spanish version.
If there is any contradiction between what is indicated in the Spanish version of such Conditions and what is indicated in the translation, in any case the Spanish version will prevail.
Legislation and jurisdiction
The relations between Simpol and the User will be governed by Spanish law and, in the event of a conflict in the interpretation or compliance of these General Conditions of Use, they will be subject to, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, unless by Law imperatively determine another different jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the Villa de Alava.
